Why
STEAM 100 is designed with a new concept of detergency, one that primarily takes in to account its efficiency but only if subordinate to Safety.
Used in the recommended dilutions, STEAM 100 is safe for any use and situation. It does not alter varnished, lacquered, enameled surfaces, light alloys, plastic materials not even the most sensitive ones such as Plexiglas, polycarbonate, etc. It is safe for the operator and the accidental contact with the product does not provoke particular irritant nor allergic reactions. It is not flammable; it does not contain soda nor preservatives or donors of formaldehyde. It is concentrated and is to be used always and in any situation diluted in water, it does not leave smears or residues and rinsing is not necessary.
STEAM 100 is compatible with water-based emulsions used in tooling machines. It has a limited foaming effect and it is suitable for any Industrial and maintenance application including the catering sector by complying with the HACCP regulations.
How
STEAM 100 is a concentrated product that can only be used diluted. Find below an indication table about its most common uses on the bases of which it will become intuitive determining one?s own needs depending on the activity and the consistency of the dirt or the incrustation treated.
Engine Cleaning: 1 part in 3 parts of water.
Cleaning of tool machines: from 1:3 to 1:10 parts of water.
Degreasing of iron or alloy carpentry: from 1:3 to 1:5 parts of water.
Cleaning of profiles in aluminum: 1:5/10 parts of water.
Floors/coating washing: 1:10?30 parts of water.
Car washing: 1:30 parts of water.
Boats cleaning, on gel coating or for bilge: 1:20, 1:30 parts of water.
Washing of heavy-duty movement machines, fork lifts: 1:10, 1:20.
STEAM 100 can be used manually or through a spray gun, in a hydro-cleaner, with a scrubbing brush, in floor washing machines. In order to avoid streaking on varnished vertical surfaces, it is suggested to apply the product starting from the bottom moving toward the top.
