Why
METAL ZINC is nowadays the corrector in commerce with the highest content of
metallic zinc in powder format, which constitutes the most valuable and efficient
form of this metal.
METAL ZINC is not paint: but this would be a very rough approximation of the
real nature of the product. Paint is a compound in which a resin (there are
of various nature) is added to a coloured pigment, METAL ZINC is instead made
up of resin and powder of metallic zinc with a purity superior to 98%. That
is why, and rightly so, it has to be considered a professional touch-up product.
These are its main characteristics:
It has a brilliant look, practically identical to the one obtained during the
hot galvanizing process.
It forms an elastic and resistant coating able to support temperatures of at
least 300ºC.
Its application becomes opaque in time together and in the same way as the
always invisible.
An excellent protection from the atmospheric agents by preventing rust and
oxidation can be obtained with the application of just two light hands of METAL
ZINC. It is also suitable for the marine sector.
METAL ZINC dries up in 90 seconds, does not dust and it does not drip if used
properly.
The efficient self-polishing dispensing valve, allows discharging the can completely,
up to the last gram of product.
It can be painted over both by spraying or by brush.
How
Shake the can until the metal bearings can be heard moving freely, carry on
shaking for a further 1 and a half-minute, and then spray a light hand of the
product from a distance of around 20 cm. After 1-2 minutes apply a second hand
in a crossing direction to the first one. The valve is self-polishing, therefore
there is not need to turn the can upside down in order to discharge the residues.
Keep in a place sheltered from sun or rain.
